SOWM is not a place to pitch products, find clients, or drive signups. Authentic relationships sometimes do lead to business — we consider that a win-win — but if that’s your main goal in joining, this will not be a fit.

be real
This isn't about being perfect or out-performing others in any way.
Bring your authentic self: wins and losses and allllll the messy middle.

participate
We use Slack so that SOWM can easily be incorporated into your work day.
Drop in when you need it, and show up for others when you can.

protect privacy
Never volunteer information about another member if they haven’t publicly shared it themselves.
What happens inside SOWM stays inside SOWM.
