About the presenter:

Jess Ringgenberg, founder and CEO of ELIXR, left what looked like a thriving corporate career to work toward closing systematic gaps in the workplace for mothers. As a mom and a woman leader in a corporate system without support, she experienced the existing gap for all working mothers first-hand, and she couldn’t look away.

She became a matrescence expert, a certified coach, and an advocate for self-coaching – all used to provide businesses with focused programs that properly support moms at work.

Jess is also the resident coach inside The Society of Working Moms, offering members weekly group coaching sessions and teaching them self-coaching skills to be able to thrive at work and at home.
