The Glue Crew is the connective tissue of Society of Working Moms. It’s a member-powered group of leaders, advisors, and doers who help shape our programming, partnerships, and community experience.

Drawing on the lived experience and expertise of working mothers across industries and seasons of life, the Glue Crew supports SOWM through shared leadership, thoughtful feedback, and hands-on collaboration.

Glue Crew involvement is flexible by design and compatible with the schedule of a busy working mom. Commitments and ownership areas are defined; board terms are intentionally short at 9 months (since we all know how much one can accomplish during a gestational period!)
